• hello ! My name is jack. I'm interested in all kinds of older computers. I have a DEC Rainbow, NEC APC III, a Packard Bell 486 and a few crt monitors. I also have some old dos laptops, like the Toshiba T1100 Plus below. I usually do repairs in my spare time.

For now I'm concentrating on 8088/86 IBM PC clones. I have a couple of Zeniths that I need to restore and a Sanyo MBC 16 Plus. Manuals are hard to find, but hopefully I'll discover them soon.

  • Sounds like an interesting hardware zoo :D

I think we have some knowledgeable people here, who might help you out with information.

  • Hi Jack, welcome! :)Wow, nice hardware. Were you from?

I'll give you full board access in a second...

I'm from the UK! This forum has by far the most information on unusual sanyo machines, which is how I first found the site.

I'm actually in Australia at the moment, will be returning to Europe in the summer!

  • Welcome to the bunch! "couple of zeniths to repair" sounds quite familiar. ^^
